Our retail designer second hand bricks and mortar shop and online shop both offer authenticated, certified and highly valued second hand designer clothes, accessories and much more. This is coupled with friendly and highly knowledgeable advice from our inhouse team. We are specialists in this exciting market and we're here to help you.Our second hand designer clothes shop is a little gem, situated just off the main high street in St Johns Wood, London.

There is no need to make an appointment to visit the store, we are open during normal shop opening times during the weekdays and Saturday. Our Returns Policy

UK Buyers

In accordance with UK law and distance selling regulations, the Buyer has 14 days to return any item purchased from the website. All  returned items will be subject to a quality control and authentication test to ensure that it is the same item that was sold and that it has been returned in the same condition as sold, including all Items it was sold with

Returns can only be accepted if all 'Do Not Remove' labels are intact and have not been removed.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds normally take between 5 to 7 working days to process, from the time of the returned items arrival back in store. 

The refund will made to the Buyer [back to the card/bank account/using the same method as the Buyer used to pay].

Purchases Made Outside of the UK

There will be no returns accepted, or refunds available, for any purchases made from outside of the UK.
