When you sell designer clothes, bags, shoes & accessories with Shush we work on the following basis, a 50%-50% split to sell preloved designer items on our clients behalf. We may also operate on a 70% fee to the client and a 30% fee to Shush on very high priced valuable key items. This is only available on very rare, or very high end items and is at the discretion of the establishment.

BRING YOUR ITEM TO SHUSH - We are convieniently located in St. John's Wood, London and you can see our opening times below. Please bring along your item/s at a time that best suits you. We love to meet our clients in person and we'd encourage you to visit us if its convienient.

DELIVERY TO SHUSH - If you are delivering your item/s to us then please ensure you use a reputable delivery company and pay for recorded delivery. We want to ensure your item/s arrive at Shush safely and in the best possible condition. Please remember to also include your printed delivery form. One of the Shush team will be in contact as soon as we've received your item/s, authenticated them and have a resale value ready to discuss with you.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer cash for the item/s you sell with us, but we will make a fast bank transfer where possible, you'll have to provide ID (Passport, Driving License, Utility Bill etc.). Please bring this with you if you're visiting our store, or if you can't visit our store you'll be asked to email our team images of your documents.
